To prepare a baking-pan of 22 centimeters of diameter anointed and lined with oven paper. To take a bowl and to put the eggs, sugar, the margarine, dusting with flour and yeast. To prepare the decoration putting aside 30 grams of papaya, 30 grams of pineapple, 15 grams of coconut and 15 grams of angelica. In the bowl to add the remainder of pineapple, angelica, papaya and coconut. To add the banana and the milk. To mix emphatically for about 2 minutes with a wood spoon. It has to become smooth. After having poured the mixture in the baking-pan and having leveled with a spoon, to bake the all and to cook for 2 hours. The cake has to cool in the baking-pan for 5 minutes, then to heat jam in a casserole and to sprinkle the cake leveling jam with a spoon. At the end to decorate with the fruit to put previously aside.
