To take a bowl and to crush the black beans already drained, mixing together the sesame oil until you realize an amalgam. To add the oil of seeds of sunflower in the frying pan and to fry slowly the garlic, the onion and the ginger for about 1 minute. To add celery, pepper, broccolis and sauce of soy, cooking for others 2 minutes. At the end to unite the amalgam of beans, the chestnuts, the sherry and the meat. To fry slowly in hot oil the all for 2 minutes to middle flame and to serve immediately.
