To unite to the bowl with the barley the meat the onion, the celery, the remained oregano and an abundant ground of pepper. After having mixed for at least 1 minute to put back in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Before serving to prepare a dish with the leaves of lettuce and to pour above the salad.
